Judging from how ShanaLouCock have spoken to the media last year, i think theres very little posturing involved. They do exactly what they say they're going to do. The said they love Naz and want to get him signed, and they did. They said they were going to call up Nylander after the trade deadline, and they did. Babs said the goal next season is to make the playoffs, so i 100% believe they will do everything they can to achieve that goal without hurting their growth. This group doesnt posture, they do what they say they're going to do.

In terms of leadership, nothing like having a guy there that’s walked the same path as nylander etc. are walking now.
