He is resigning in Tampa?

Well..... he's a hockey player, this is still his team that he is the captain of and they're on the verge of possibly going to the cup finals.

I mean like I agree to an extent. If Toronto does get Stamkos they very well might be ahead but they are still behind in the rebuild then we are even with Matthews, Marner, Nylander(who has been taking heat for his AHL playoff. These young guys have to get their feet wet before they do damage. Besides 4 players doesn't make a team. If the playoffs have proven anything you need to have everything from Top line centre to elite depth from players 1-18 and solid goaltending and sometimes that isn't even enough for some teams to win in the playoffs. Gotta get hot at the right time. Toronto still needs to figure out the Defense and Gaoltending situation before they are a playoff threat and that's even with stammer.

Murray has been dealing with the roster since the season was over as to what changes will be made, how do you want me to explain it ? Plan meaning contract, cap number and how it effects other players. They already know how much they will offer him. it's getting serious now.
