Once an expansion team selects a player, the team who's player was taken is allowed to remove a player.

IE: Here's 2 players and 2 draft picks, You agree to select player A and not player B.

The expansion draft at earliest will happen after next season. After that season both eichel and reinhart wil have played 2 pro seasons and entering their 3rd pro season thus making them eligible.
