Effing league cancels TBL Arena viewing party because they "already had one this round". Apparently, if fans get together to have fun and watch the team in a crowd they won't watch on TV at home, and Nielsen ratings may not be as high.

I'm just perusing the projected World Cup rosters, and for team NA's second line they have Drouin - Eichel - Gaudreau. When Drouin is the slowest guy on your line, or maybe at least tied with Eichel, you're going to create some troubles for the opposition. Especially right after you just got done dealing with Saad - McDavid - MacKinnon.

They can do all the scouting they want, Murray better trade half of those top 100 picks to either move up or get current roster players

Can't have a good young team and a stable full of blue chips, but we'll know after this summer that we have a good team, and if our other house (Roch) is in order or at least not a total train wreck.

A bunch of 3rd rounders aren't going to be high end prospects. If we had three or four 2nd round picks instead of 3rd's maybe I'd say keep more of them but we don't need anymore middle line grinders or 4th/5th defenceman we have enough of them. We need more high end prospects. Therefore I'm fine trading all of our 3rd rounders in an attempt to either get more 1st/2nds or trade for young players/goal scoring vets.
