McDonagh is capable of it. Just look at the SCF particularly the Montreal series.

Absolutely. Has he played at that level since that series consistently? Defensively, yes but it was his offense that series that really made him dominant. Hopefully he can find some of that offensive upside again.

Which is exactly why we should be trading for a good offensive Dman. Something like Nash and Girardi for Erik Karlsson.
