According to many NHL prospect ranking pubs, Saarela was the team's ninth best chip in the system.

The Rangers are widely considered the thinnest organization in futures and Saarela was ninth on the list.

What bugs me are multiple second round picks because the team drafts fairly well outside of the first round.

What? Many were saying that it would be hard to pry him out of St Louis. He is a prime candidate to be traded. Parayko has become the 2RD, and Shattenkirk has basically proved that he isn't good on the left side. So he will almost for sure be moved before the season, and likely at the draft.

None. Both Stevens and Lindros were star players, didn't leave his feet and tucked the elbow until after contact. Some no namer throws the same hit, half a season suspension just because.
