Gonna break up the politics/FLA talk with food talk. What's everyone's game 7 meal gonna look like tonight?

Trying to decide what I'm gonna do..

- znagle58

I flew home with a tray of Police Station Pizza in my bag to bring back to Tampa just for this reason. Gonna fire up the oven, and bake this oh so good Pizza from my hometown.

yeah but the problem is that buy pushing this they are buying votes. By doing so if it passes it drives out business and people who already have employer based HC. It drives in people that dont that want a more social form of govt. CO has a great economy and low unemployment, but long term this could kill the state.
- sammy87

Unfortunately a lot of republicanism (not a democracy) is trial and error. Colorado could finally be that cautionary tale that finally puts central planning to bed. Or they'll spin it to say that it failed because it was a state program instead of a federal program and lead to more federal control. Who knows with how this country works with people who care more about vindicating their party's agenda than actually reasoning things out. That's the worst part about the two party system. Turns everyone into a mindless donkey or elephant. Most republican constituents have no idea that they're voting for a pro-big government platform and most democratic constituents have no idea they're voting for a pro-military interventionist platform. Sad, really.

I've heard about this place before, think it was discussed on here last season. Do they sell unbaked pizza? Just looked it up and looks tasty.

Think I'm gonna go with this.. Village Idiot. If you ever find yourself around the Toledo area, it's worth the trip.

Why? GMs shouldn't be allowed to do their jobs just because 4 teams are still playing? If anything the GMs of the team not still in should be working more during this time of their off-season.
- Zac_O

There is a trade deadline, it should last until the season is over. It's not really fair that 26 NHL teams can make trades and 4 teams cannot. It's like a penalty to teams that are doing well.

What if, as a complete hypothetical, Jim Rutherford loved Erik Gudbranson and was willing to make a competitive offer?

Although I usually prefer less cheesy and a little extra saucy, I could definitely get on board with that. Especially after some drinking

That looks awesome too. My chick just took me to Sir Pizza in Wexford last week. That was solid too. Police Station Pizza is my favorite in the Pittsburgh area, been eating it for over 20 years. They do sell unbaked. I got it unbaked so I could fit it in my luggage on the flight back to Florida hahaha. They also ship pizza too. Police Station Pizza in Ambridge PA, look it up and give them a call. Not sure what the minimum to ship is though.

Absolutely from an organizational standpoint. There is so much government waste when it comes to expenditure that id be really curious to see what all this country could do if they streamlined military and domestic program expenditure and cut the fat on both sides. But from an organizational standpoint, the 50 States are too much to manage efficiently. That's why there's currently so much fat in government expenditure because the bureaucracy needed to run everything from a central planning system is way too much. This is why everyone loves to point to small European countries such as the Scandinavian states and be like "it works phenomenally over there it's time to get out of the Stone Age and join them". Their population is small and mostly homozygous, making it extremely easy to manage.

Not against socialism in theory, but who cares Ike be if you're a decent human being. It's just a very bad fit for this particular country due to sheir size and the heterozygous nature of our population. What's good for one region of the States won't be good for another and forcing government programs on those who don't want/need it just because the majority of citizens living in an area primarily populated by a certain demographic (urban populations) want/need it is tyrany of the majority.

Anyways, feel free to ignore. Just trying to keep my mind of overthinking the game tonight

Problem with a multi party form, like Germany the party in power only has like 20%. Too many narrow focused groups.

Either way Im not happy with my State Income tax potentially jumping from 4.3% up to 10%.

Just shot them a facebook message to see what's up. If it's not too bad I might do it. I know that Giordanno's in Chicago ships their pizza too. If only they would ship a BBQ chicken Chicago style.. Sounds weird but me and my buddy devoured that one and left the pepperoni and sausage almost unscathed..

honestly... even if it is a little pricey.. I would highly recommend doing it at least once. Get some buddies to pitch in. It is so worth it. And when you do, make sure you do pepperoni, extra sauce, extra cheese. Bake it with the sauce and normal cheese on, but put the extra cheese on cold after it comes out of the oven. That's the ONLY way to eat it.

Its not a true trade deadline. You can make a trade any time except the roster freeze for Christmas. Its the deadline for acquiring a player to have that player play in the playoffs the same year. The pens right now could choose to trade Murray for anyone or anything they wanted, but they would not be allowed to use the newly acquired players in the playoffs. Its very simple and very fair.

Then he could have made an offer already and told the other team they had to wait. Thats the downside to making the playoffs. The system is set up to help struggling teams. Its worked for so long and helped the pens even.

Yeah I know that governments with multiple parties that focus on coalition building come with their own box or worms and I'm not saying they're any better. Just saying that in this hyper sensationalized media era, politics turns into "easy bake government" where people are brain washed by talking heads to believe over simplified half truths and very few ever end up forming fully functional political opinions. Just off the assumption that everyone's unique and have unique needs, everyone should have ideals that align with both ends of the political spectrum, but today if you poll random people on the street all you'll get are hardliners that buy into the republican or democrat political agenda 100%.

They messaged back they ship at cost + shipping and to give them a call. I figure it's probably $20 tops from PA to OH. I'll give them a call in the next few days and get a price. ~30 bucks or so isn't bad. Does the extra cheese/sauce come on the side?
