I think Percy is dealt in a deal somewhere. This Leaf regime is all about moving out most of the previous ones prospects and players. There's a bunch of young guys looking to make their way to the main roster ahead of Percy. |

I dug up an old article from 2003 a couple of days ago and the official "scouting report" on Andrei Kostitsyn was that he was "perhaps the smartest player in the draft." I have no idea what the (frank) they were thinking. |
