He might to turn out to be the best pick. But it is not as clear cut as some make it out to be. The trend is clearly moving away from seeing Matthews as a unanimous pick. It merits discussion.

It is clear that Matthews is the better all around player. Not even close.

I think Laine and Puljarvi are both great players but a true #1C who plays a FULL game....I take everyday of the week.
