This is what I was saying to begin with. Matthews will be a very good player, and the right pick for your team. I just happen to like Laine's game better. But because I didn't immediately bow down to the Matthew's shrine and proclaim him the greatest hockey player in the world I get attacked. I love it.

Last month MacKenzie reported that Matthews was no longer a unanimous pick among scouts. Corey Pronman reported on ESPN that he has now officially moved Laine to the top of his draft selection list. Things may be a bit more complex than some Leaf fans want them to be.

I refuse to be like that so maybe im a bigger supporter of our players than most (like Kadri). But when ot comes to Matthews vs Laine you are dead wrong. If the Leafs pick Laine ill be (frank)ing pissed. I wont change my opinion on the two unless Laine proves hes better in the NHL.
