That wont be possible if they add 2 teams. each team would need a minimum of 20 players for their active roster.

I haven't heard a single concrete report saying there was any likelihood of adding a second team. That can change in the next 365 days, but as of now there's no reason to assume that they will be adding two teams.

Unless the teams make up the shortfall through the regular draft....but that seems unlikely. Also, what about the minor league teams? What do the new teams do about stocking AHL teams?

Pretty sure they are only taking 1 and that will be Vegas. Down the road maybe but pretty sure its just one for 2017

I thought it was Vegas & Quebec. Not sure of the details if its one or the other, but there were 2 cities.

Yeah Quebec filed, but nothing seems to be imminent on that front. Like I said, that could change between now and a hypothetical 2017 expansion draft, but until there's a report that confirms that it's definitely happening (or close to it) I'm not going to assume anything.
