5'10 165lbs 51yo - cabin
I'm 6'1." I played rugby in college and grad school for a month before each season started I would add a extra late night meal so I could beef up to my ideal playing weight: 190. Thats when I was in my early 20s.
Now Im 52. Weekdays I eat a yogurt for breakfast, usually skip lunch, and grilled meat with a salad for dinner. 235.

Also I love Timmy. He's a good friend of the family. His move to Russia was all about making money as he has two twin girls. He is coming back to North America next season but most likely in the AHL. - Stripes77

But how much do you drink? That's my problem. I eat fine, even exercise a little. Someone just has to hide the cooh from me.

It sounds like you need to speed up your metabolism when you eat you should drink some coffee for your meals and if you like I can give you some foods to speed up your metabolism while you eat regular food so it digest your food faster
Far too much. Also not a fan of Perry and he isnt moving. I can see them going after Okposo or a top 6 winger and not shipping them out. Most they do on the trade front is on the back end similar to a Seth Jones trade but for a good winger if they cannot sign one. Maybe they trade with EDM for that 4th overall pick and players too?
I like Guhle so dont give him up esp if he ends up being a good fit with Risto down the line. If you want to trade with ANA look for something smaller....Vatanen for Ennis and a pick?

The Duck dont do either of those trades, they ask for more.
Perry is an MVP type player, Folwer is a top 4 d-man.
It's going to take a lot to get both in one deal. Sam Reinhart a lot.

Vatanen will require the 8th overall pick. He's a right side D as well... There's been rumblings about Perry being on the market and Murray drafted him so I could see him being interested. Especially considering Eichel has been compared at times to a young Getzlaf
I will be at the draft so here is my wishful thinking that GMTM trades up to #2 for Laine. Can anyone imagine him on Eichel's wing with Reinhart? Sweet Lord...
Then again that offer would have to be 8th overall, 2017 1st just to have a conversation tho...
