The current blue is definitely the same as the one they used for the WC jersey...or at least close to it.

Just get rid of the grey piping, grey pit stains and front numbers on the current jersey and it'd be perfect.

My uncle used to take me to Scirris for pizza and wings when I was a kid. My grandparents lived on Nassau. Kenmore doesn't look the same to me any more when I come home to visit. Kenmore Middle closing is definitely sad too.
The way I remember that particular part of Kenmore (where Delaware ave meets Delaware Rd.) in the Late 70's/early 80's is kind of what the town in back to the future looks like when Marty goes back in time.
And I bought Sh!t tons of music at that shop next door to the KFC.

Not every concussion or injury is the same. Plus I guess it gets back to risk/reward. Personally speaking, I would be willing to take the risk on Stamkos and the medication he is taking for his blood clots. However, I wouldn't take the risk on a guy who is over 30, has a history of bad concussions and is probably looking at $6 million+ X 5 years. No thanks, I'll pass.
