Kessel struggled his first few years. Vanek had the luxury of Briere and Drury.

Vanek was a ppg player once with Briere and Drury. Kessel did it on the Leafs...twice and fell 2 points short a third time.

Max was still a top point producer on the team for a couple seasons.

True but neither is realistic imo. There are other players out there they can target that they'd have a real shot at.
