I have to say that from personal experience this notion that everyone hates/dislikes the Pens is all in Pens fans heads. I think much like Pats fan with Brady, Pens fans want it to be this "us against the world" type situation and over analyze everything until they find a way to turn it into a "everyone's against us" situation. I travel a lot and from personal experience it seems like every time the Pens come up in conversation, it's usually about how awesome the team is or how great it must be to get to watch Sid, Geno and Letang all the time. I still get amazed every time I go to an away game at how many Pens fans I meet from places like Michigan, Toronto and Montana.

I'm 1 of 3 pens fans in a town of 2,000 people in bum(frank) Iowa. It's strange how far the reach is.

I live in NJ and have to deal with Rangers, Devils, Flyers and Islander fans all day long. They all hate the Penguins. Milbury and Jones obviously hate the Penguins, you can hear it when they talk.

You need to look up the definition of opinion. Nothing on this earth can prove one is better than the other because what stats you use are based on opinion on the weight of those stats. Like if I cared enough to look up Flowers stats first games back from injuries and they weren't good. You'd say those are old so they dont matter. Then you'd give me general stats that I could say dont matter since he hasnt played in so long. It's all opinion, including yours. So stop acting like yours if magically better than everyone else's. The only persons who opinion matters more is Sullivan.
