The return of bennet?
- pensfan024

Is he healthy? I think he practices fully, but not cleared to play. I've thought for a long time we've seen the last of him, but if he's healthy I wouldn't think twice about swapping Bennett for Sheary. Sheary is a mess right now. Sounds like he's hurt too.

Swapping Bennett FOR a hurt player? What is the world coming to... never thought that'd happen.

I thought once the Pens settled in they started doing an excellent job of stifling Tampas speed through the neutral zone, once they dump that puck the play is over for them. They are doing a fine job against us in the neutral zone as well but we are getting some pretty good zone time.

Id take Sundqvist over Bennett, a drop off in offensive skill but a faster and more tenacious player. Also not going to lose and arm after the first check he takes.

Strangers things have happened. We traded Rob Scuderi for TD.

Did Bennett's arm fall off? That is singularly funny.

this is where i wish they had scott wilson still around.

i dont know. maybe sheary is hurt. if thats the case i do feel bad for ragging on him so hard. but its like being borderline shorthanded out there for whoever is on his line.

sundqvist will never score, but you could potentially put him on the fourth line and bump a guy like fehr back up.

I wondr if that (frank)wad Cooper will modify his strategy for zone entries on the PP.

There alot of people in this world I would call a (frank)wad. Cooper is not one of them.

Apparently he's been spotted in a walking boot the last couple of days.

Should be two penaltys for that MASSIVE trip and takedown on us going to the net during the delayed.

great shift by the top line there. they could have called inference like 4 times before they finally did.

sad tbat going ot the PP basically ends all momentum

The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that the Pens' power play would be elite this year...

Awful. It almost looked like he was trying to set them up for a shorty. What's he thinking?

I think he's frustrated. He looked surprised to get that pass in the slot

He's frustrated, saw a bit of net and forgot to take into account that 3 Penguins were at the net and if he missed it was 3 on 1 the other way... of course he jams it right into the pads.
