I'm going to start identifying as a cat and demand that business place a litter box in their building for me to take a dump in.

I'm going to be rich when I sue every business in existence in the United States.

they were but he's an RFA with Pittsburgh, I'm sure he'll remain there
- jimbro83

I don't know...I think they need to qualify him at a minimum of $4.3M. It may be too rich for them and he would become a UFA if they don't extend the QO.

yeah, if that's the case I definitely think they'd let him walk, although I still don't know how interested Rangers would be

"Well that's a loaded questions, do you ask thin people if they want food....."

It should be legal to punch people in the throat in this country

So I'm watch Usa Vs. Czech Rep right now. Of course I'm on twitter, you just scrolling. And upon my TL this tweets make an entrance.

@Garts2point2 19m19 minutes ago
You can defend the Hagelin trade and Im sure I chalked it up to cap casualty but the fact that he was discarded while others are still here?

@Garts2point2 19m19 minutes ago
It makes me angry how poorly the cap was managed. Sather and Groton deserve blame for that. Groton was supposed to be responsible for cap.

@hollenbeezy 35m35 minutes ago
I really want to like Skjei, but I'm starting to think he's more Luca Sbisa than Ryan McDonagh.

@mburnshockey
@hollenbeezy I wish someone was collecting data from this tournament. A lot of people saying he's been good via eye test but... Im a skeptic

I so want this team to be bad next year and then I want these people watch and see what a bad team looks like. I hope the trade everybody and buyout as many as possible.

- tomburton99

I can't disagree about Hags and the cap situation but when you start questioning a rookie from analytics you're (frank)ed in the head, as far having a bad team both fans and management deserve a bad team

The guy who used a metaphor to compare Sbisa to Sjkei is saying I'm twisting his words. This is amazing.

Just tell him the Sbisa to Skjei comparison is unsustainable. Argument won.

Ask Jimbo about my mentions. First there wasn't enough data, than the data showed after 7 games Sjkei wasn't that good then I was twisting there words. All because they don't understand how simile or metaphors work. It's amazing.

Bet somewhere along the time line for those two they've posted a "Buchnevich will get scratched in favor of Glass" or "Buchnevich is just coming over to get traded", I hate a lot of the moves made in the last two years and I make no secret of them but I was also shocked when they made them, never once did I say "oh their gonna trade Duclair cause that's what they do", these two sound like they've spent more time in the books than on the ice

Really the whole argument, which is stupid btw. I'm at fault for enagaging in it too. But the argument is about data. One Rangers beat writer doesn't use data and these guys do. But after 7 games it shows Skjei will be no better than Lucas Sbisa. I was shocked in awe because of the rash arguments on both sides.

Tanner already started Oilers to the playoffs next year early. I guarentdamntee when they finally do make the playoffs, that (frank)ing dingbat will be the 1st person to say I told you so after being wrong since he started writing for HB.

The worst part about it is, they will make the playoffs after grabbing a couple of defensive minded defensemen that he loves to knock and maybe even a few two way forwards. Then he will tell everyone told you so after the Oilers build a roster he hates.

Yup. They have the offense its just that their D is so (frank)ing horrendous. It is amazing they haven't tried to snag a decent defenceman or two. Probably would have made the playoffs 2 years ago.

The 4th overall pick and Yakupov gould snag a good d-man. Pffft. Nevermind.

I wonder if Yak is even worth trading now. His worth has to be the lowest now.

They missed the boat when everyone in their scouting department said the pick was Ryan Murray and they selected Yak instead.

I think he could still fetch an early 2nd round pick. Quite a drop from a former number 1 overall, but I still think he would get them something.

Ryan Murrary hasn't lived up to his hype either though. The best Player in that draft might be Filip Forsverg. The best D-man is a toss up between Lindholm and Rielly.
