I semi agree with this. He is only 22.. Defenseman take longer to develop. But, I do think that if he doesn't win a roster spot he'll be shipped out by the deadline.

As we all can remember, Despres was a "bust" when he was 23.

Well, the Penguins lost the game that he played in and now the game that he didn't play in.

In the advanced stats world, that means he's close to HHOF-level.

I would if I could stream it to the TV through my laptop. I'm going to look into doing that next season. Not paying for NHL.tv/gamecenter/whatever the hell it is again after how poopty the switch over was.

I don't hate JR as much as most people do. I guess liking the player JR has blinded me to the analyst JR. But I deal with NBCSN's lack luster analysts because of Doc Emrick. They can trot out Shaq and Charles Barkley out there to do the intermission analysis and I'll still watch the NBCSN feed as long as Doc is calling.

I'm going to be on a plane during tomorrows game southwest better have wifi on my flight.
