I will say this: Murray has been good (not great, but good) overall, but that Drouin shot, while a great shot, has to be stopped. - jmatchett383

I am not as angry at the hit as I am at what he said AFTER the hit. "that will be here all series" - martox
It was a douchey thing to say, but unless they can get their PP going, why wouldn't he keep doing it if he won't get suspended? |

I know. But we were also on the Murray is/isn't good enough should/shouldn't be in net as well. |

I'm wondering if the Pens keep throwing 35+ shots at goal how many will eventually go in? Is Vasy due a bad game or 2 with that many going at him? I know more shots don't equal more goals ( ), but will there be a blowout shortly if we hammer him?? |

No use crying over spilled milk at this point, but how was that hit by Callahan not suspendable? Not only did he board him, he basically forced his neck directly into the boards. That's how someone gets paralyzed, and Letang looked like he was out cold for a moment.
I mean, it's the DOPS we're talking about, so I'm not surprised...but then again, I am surprised. - jmatchett383
Personally I don't mind that they didn't suspend him, because Callahan sucks. |

Well, the Penguins lost the game that he played in and now the game that he didn't play in.
In the advanced stats world, that means he's close to HHOF-level. |

Haven't watched much of Nichushkin, know he's a big body though. Is he fast enough to keep up in our system? From the little I can remember he is.
At the time, a Drouin for DP swap was almost perfect. We needed (and still do) a LW - znagle58
Yeah. Nichushkin's got size and wheels. He was at one time billed as the Ruski Eric Lindros but he's no longer tracking to hit anywhere close to that, but I still think he can be an extremely good player. He had an excellent rookie campaign (scored 30+ points as a third liner I believe) but then got injured last year and missed pretty much the entire season and then struggled mightily this season. Plus he can play either wing. As a right shorted Russian, I believe he prefers the left side which is exactly what we need.
His trade value is definitely higher than DP's since he had that good season, but I'd definitely ask Dalas exactly how much higher it is. Dallas is also in need of high upside defense. |

Vas has outplayed Murray in these two games. - Grinder47
Drouin has been the best player for Tampa. He is flying making things happen, setting up guys and scoring goals.
Big two game set in Tampa, Pens need to win one. I am confident they do. |

Did you guys see this video??
Murray actually made the glove save on stralman but it went through the webbing in his glove!

Holy poop. I knew Murray had gotten some of it but I didn't know he got all of it. I'll stop poopting on him for that goal now... |

So, a weak wrister broke through his glove webbing...maybe he should make sure there aren't puck-sized hole sin his equipment and/or make sure that the glove's webbing is secured with more than paper mache. |

I'm wondering if Murray went to a new glove after the 1st period. He was having a lot of trouble catching the puck in the 2nd and 3rd. Would make sense. |

Never know. Dallas could be looking for a shake up in the lineup. DP seems to be a fit for their system as well. |

I don't know how thrilled Dallas will be with trading a big, young power forward to the Penguins for an offensive-minded defenseman. |

It's actually beneficial for organisms to reproduce quickly so that they can pass on their genetic material as many times as possible before dying. So really, doesn't this mean that Crosby is evolutionarily superior for being a fast finisher? #SpinZone |
