If the league made all players ufas magically, which 3 forwards in the league would you take on the Leafs if you can pick any forwards?

Sucks that next years draft has like 4 goalies going in the 1st round (sure its next year and poop can change just saying theres a nice crop of tenders in the 17 draft)

Don't be surprised if Leafs take one this season and still try to get one of the top ones next season. Lou drafted a lot of goalies in NJ. It's not the worst strategy.

Not a bad option if there is a guy who fits. I would expect the Leafs will start drafting a goalie yearly, in a mix of different rounds. Having a guy or two who are playing in the NCAA would be very nice.

Only if Matthews is another Yakupov, NuHop or Hall. In the case of the Oil they got it wrong 3 out of 4 times and a better player (s) was behind the first pick. Not sure why everyone goes so paranoid anytime it is mentioned that Laine is likely to become a very special player and a huge goal scorer. The Leafs have the right to take the best player. I don't understand the immediate reaction not to want to discuss or make comparisons.
