True. But is Pysyk crappier than the majority of crap currently patrolling Edmonton's blue line? Sadly I think not.

I don't mind if Pys-boy is trade bait but I also think he is way too young to give up on, and didn't he have an injury that kept him out for a while? Seemed like something was off.

He was way too inconsistent last year, just as Girgs has been, but it is a mistake to give up too quickly on young talent of their caliber. Both have proven they can be effective in this league.

We are way better off finding ways to further develop him and McCabe, and moving on from Carlo, Cody and even Gorges.

If it was up to most on this blog, ROR wouldn't be a Sabre nor would E Kane, you know because we gave up so much talent to get both.

He's in his sixth year. There are only so many Brian Campbell's, and we don't have Gallysono holding us back with the pursestrings any more.
