I can see it being tough for Marner to make the team. Realistically we alreqdy have nylandwr, Matthews, and zaitsev with spots. That's 3 rookies already. Hyman, Sosh, brown, harrington could also make the team. Can't run with all rookies. Can they?

It's just, wierd, at this point.

It isn't like his threads get a ton of hits like a Habs thread. It isn't like the Buffalo fan base shares, appreciates or agrees with him.

He is obviously, intentionally, trolling.

I just think that this site is established enough now, and busy enough that it doesn't need a "troll blogger", especially one who does not seem to be generating any new activity?

I get it from Garf's perspective - it's easy.

Take the topic of the day, put on a ridiculous pro-Buffalo, anti-Leafs spin on it, type out 10 paragraphs in under 7 minutes, don't bother to proofread it, upload it and wait for the cheque from Ek to arrive.

I just don't get it from Ek's perspektive (yeah, you saw what I did there).

Why are you paying him? He's not attracting anyone. It would be just as effective to simply post the Buffalo weather every day and wait for the loyal Hockeybuzzers to fill in the thread with whatever subject they want.
