Dropped the wife off in Truro yesterday morning with Team NS, going to the Eastern Canadians in Quebec City. 2 buses, over 100 on the team in total. Wifes bus was a 2015, and beautiful. It makes it to Moncton and breaks down. They had to get them a new bus. long story short, 15.5 hours to get to Quebec City yesterday..

Kadri line in both years handles the other teams opposition. That 3rd line in year two has a ton of grit and defensive responsibility AND some offensive potential. Kadri always gets PP time. Eventually Komarov replaced by one of our million forward prospects. Leivo, Leipsic, Johnson, etc.

Yeah, with all those rookies the Leafs will probably not be near a playoff spot. And I think Bernier/Sparks will be the combo. After the season there will be an exhibition draft forcing teams to move goalies.

So 1 more year of sucking - but more talent, scoring and entertainment. Then it's game (frank)ing on female doges!

nolan patrick looks amazing, i wish there was a consensus top defense, like an ekblad, that we could take high next year. we have plenty of forwards, but no real stud defense prospect

I remember Babcock saying he'd prefer to develop Nylander on the wing but trades and injuries forced his hand last season.
