My guess is cav signs with PHI. I give us a 20% of signing cav a 40% in signing vesey and a 33% in signing Stamkos.

No big deal if he signs elsewhere. Prob ends up being a bottom 6 forward. Vesey is the real prize. Cagg is closer to Rodriguez than he is to Vesey |
