I don't get it, because Dubas and this Arizona guy are hockey guys as well, they're just young. All the other teams are using stats analysis too, everyone is doing it in all the sports. I don't even get his point.

i guess he's saying no 26 year old gm has ever won a cup. the fact that he's the first 26 year old gm ever kind of gave that away already but i appreciate his effort.

Add a legit top 4 guy that can play with Rielly or Gardiner (Zaitsev with the other) and have a 3rd pair of Hunwick and Carrick.

I don't hate that D much at all.

Of course, they would look a lot better with a proper goalie who isn't going to deflate them once a game

I think the age thing is really the only valid point. GMing isn't just the hockey nerd stuff, you're an executive, public relations guy, etc. The running of a big operation along with the XBOX gm type decisions. So it's an impressive guy to be doing that with so little experience, but stranger things have happened.
