I think factored in is that some picks are riskier than others. Risky picks sometimes fall to later rounds.

Hunter seems to swing for the fences on every pick, he'd rather boom or bust than take the next Brad Ross (over Tyler Toffoli) or Tyler Biggs (Over John Gibson) or.....
