But there are so many cameras in the NHL! No other rookie has ever had to endure such madness. I don't think he can do it guys, the Leafs should just trade their first pick for the superstar that is Kyle Turris. Of course they'd have to include Rielly or something to even things out. Remember that time he scored a goal in the playoffs? Oh boy!
ok im done - daeth
the thing that people forget is if the Leafs are playing well and start to win its the exact opposite..He will be a (frank)ing hero .. the recency of the Kessel/Dion stuff just makes you think its always going to be like that.. but its not..when winning Toronto is one of the best places to be

So picking a first overall or a top 5 that busts is unlucky, or is it bad drafting ?
Remind me who passed on Marner again ? Was that bad luck, or poor drafting ?

Another victim of the Tool. I really don't care. I call out stupid. It's what I do. Argue. Debate. poop in corn flakes. It's all the same. Nothing screams hockey talk like breakfast suggestions. But you talk hockey and I mouth off. Got it. - systemtool
Another victim LMAO.
Gotta love keyboard warriors. They're everywhere.
There's pencils, & there's rulers.

You're making no sense. You're all other the map.
Take a chill, collect you're thoughts and try to come back with coherent thoughts.

My guess is he's neither pencil nor ruler. He seems like the highlighter type. You know. The kind that makes a mark but you can see right through that poop.

Funny, i thought we were talking about successful drafting coming down to luck in later rounds, & my point is (sigh), how much of a role does luck play in the early rounds, and
how is that any different ?
There's 45 seconds i'll never get back.
You can keep up, but only if you pay attention sport.

Yes, luck plays a part in the best player being available when the team who picks first (before any other) comes up to pick.
