...c'est la que je veux en venir...sa loyauté n'est pas au joueur...elle est a l'équipe/ligue...et le mot d'ordre c'est de trouver une facon de renvoyer le gars sur la glace...donc en cas de doute, on ne 'confirme PAS' une commotion et le joueur retourne...(me semble que ca devrait etre le contraire...en cas de doute, il ne retourne pas...).

most of those guys are compensated by the team but they also have practices outside of it. they're not gonna risk their livelihoods by putting in a player who obviously can't play.
