$$$

he was supposed to play in the WHL this season, with Everett (same team as Habs prospect Noah Juulsen) but decided to play professionally instead in Switzerland

The Swiss A is a good league and there, he was already playing vs. adults instead of juniors in the WHL

Oh I do. The Rangers also have had a much better squad the last couple of years.
Not so much so, before then.

Put Price in net for the Rangers, and they likely would have won the cup. Not knocking Lundqvist. He's real good too. Still give the edge to Price though.

Surprised you're still around #26.
I'm sure this off season gave you an extra 5+ years...

As Garth would say, he should have been playing in the more rigorous OHL, NCAA, FINNISH Elite league.

(frank) that guy is a (frank)ing sourpus.

I would have been curious to see what kind of numbers Matthews would have got in the WHL

It's been rough for Everett, with Sherbak not returning and Matthews spurning them

Would not playing against men, former NHLers at some points, be better? If the Sabres won, (frank)nuts would have said how amazingly stacked with an embarassment of riches they would have been

It's really gonna be great when he wins the Calder next year. Though I do realize that year will be a fluke.
