MY Wife has long donned me the "King of useless Knowledge". Sports, music & movies primarily I just spout stuff out or bust out a quote & 9/10 times she's dumbfounded, but I'm laughing at my own material.

I get the old you have time to set your fantasy lineup but you don't have time to feed the dogs

This was supposed to be his "breakout" yr, I'm frustrated w him too, but he did come on late after an atrocious 1st half. He IS going to put it all together eventually, I really feel it & I would not want to be the ones giving him away.

He had a miserable year and still managed to score 21 goals. Will be interesting to see what he does next year.

question, did you watch the 2nd round series, Rangers vs Washington last spring
- jimbro83

imo Kreider, like Nash, needs to play a little pi$$ed off and drive hard to the net. And both of them did it maybe 6-8 times this year...

apparently Buchnevich had some minor elbow surgery taken care of, put a picture of himself in a cast on instagram, may explain the delay in signing in that he's just been dealing with that

I think that is my chief complaint with both. But for $7.8M Nash's inconsistent effectiveness is a much bigger issue.

the biggest problem with Nash has been disappointing playoffs

the best aspect of Kreider have been his huge playoff moments

Nash usually does a lot for the team outside the scoring. Kreider not so much...

Really? How about his hits, his ability to agitate (I wish he would do that more, maybe become more Rick Tocchet like, he has that style of ability).

He has the tools. He just can't seem to consistently use them. Too many times his playoffs he circled away from Dmen who dumped the puck up the boards rather than punishing them. NBC took every opportunity to point it out too bc NBC hates the Rangers.

His hits??? That's exactly it! If he would play like that more often, 25+ goals a year would come easy...
