Nobody refuses to play in the Olympics because they don't want the pressure.

I get the feeling the Toronto media won't be as out of control with Lou and Shanny. I don't think the poop show from 2 years ago will repeat itself.

Toronto is not the only difficult market in the league. Montreal, Vancouver, and Edmonton come to mind.

A good friend of mine was good friends with a Montreal Canadiens goalie (this was about 15-20 years ago).

It took the goalie over a year to buy a house in Montreal. They were really concerned that if things went bad, he needed to feel safe and secure in his house -and that went double for the wife.
