Tough day in Calgary. Hartley is a good coach, but can be hard on players trying to grind the best out of them. No rush in hiring new guy.
Dreger is lost 
Hartley is very meh ... out dated system and hasnt adjusted imo .. won a long time ago....guys like Dreger cant see past that.

While I confess to being among those with little hope of winning the lottery and shot down notions of it happening...I have yet something else to confess.
I wasn't one of those who thought the tank and rebuild was dead because we hired Lou. I almost have to pinch myself these days. It's not even just the Matthews thing. It's the Marner thing. The depth thing. The Babcock thing. The Hunter thing. The Marlies thing. The staying the course and with the plan thing. The difference in effort despite the results thing. The overall positivity thing. I love it |
