He's won 3 Cups in the last 6 years, not one cup 15 years ago
He's won with 3 very different teams, none of which were close to as deep as that Avs team.
He's also had success with St Louis and Colorado
Hartley had less than impressive stints in Atlanta and now Calgary
I don't see the comparison

I didn't say he was a terrible coach. I said he's nothing particularly special and Calgary has been mostly terrible under him. It's a justifiable firing

Everybody could have won 3 cups with that team. It's basically coached by Toews, assisted by Keith.
