Only Jew Living LOL
He should be gone by the time the Habs draft. I Would be pumped if Habs won one of the lotteries but 9th keeps me interested because it could be anybody. And they are all good players. Somebody from 4-12 has the potential to be the 2nd best player in the draft. The problem is timmons won't find him. Trevor can't smell a fart with his nose in a assholde.
My money is on Yost or keller - QuickSCF

I think a healthy Habs team could have done better against the TB than Detroit did but healthy is the key and not just Price - Pie
I'm just feeding the frenzy my friend. The Habs have some warts but they also have some really good pieces. |

Not just a key player.
The League MVP and the best goaltender on the planet.
I know the Habs were worthy of some serious criticism, but I have a hard time imagining any injury as significant as that. - Aetherial
I know this goes against the grain but a healthy Price is fantastic but they still need Gallagher and Subban etc to be healthy too. I guess thats the thing Price could be bang on and they're still going to have some issues. |

I hate that situation though. When the rest of the team is not up to par, the chances of getting anything done even with Price are so slim. Could he win a cup more or less by himself? Ya potentially, but the chances of it happening aren't good |

The Habs suck. They need a lot more than a healthy Price. |

exactly...maybe get to the ECF. That NJ run a few years ago was ridiculous and unlikely to be repeated |

Health issue will be a big question. Matthews is more durable. - AGalchenyuk27
48 points in 45 games in the NHL vs 46 points in 36 games Switzerland.
Unless Mcdavid gets significant injuries, it's not even close IMO. |

We shall see. I think McDavid has a short career plus he plays for the Oilers ffs. He may make the playoffs once in his career. |

If they're both healthy it's no contest. Honestly McDavid has more raw ability to his game than Crosby. The question is whether or not he gets to play enough to truly show it. Look at Lemieux, healthy he very well could have dominated more than Greyzky. |

They'd make a great trade partner for the Habs to move up, Habs will be in a spot to take one of the high end D-men in all likelihood
Edit: not that the Habs couldn't use one of them, but if Bergevin has a hardon for Dubois |

I always think about it this way. The Devils never seemed to have a roster that would blow anyone away, but they had Brodeur.

My idea was
Trade 4th + Eberle for Hamonic and Okposo
Trade RNH for Shattenkirk.
The Oilers look pretty damn good if they could pull off deals like that. No idea if those deals are possible or the cap works of course.

That's fair, though I'd argue they were more complete than the current Habs. It's doable no doubt, but it'd be nice to not feel like the underdog after the 1st round. It's not terribly thrilling to have to hope for some miracle on ice story |

Mhm, made an edit there.
They need everything, so they can't really go wrong. Except in terms of who they draft of course, which lets be honest.... |
