guys i have some good news.
i just did an analysis of all the draft lottery sims posted on these boards during the last three weeks.

total of 7245 sims.

leafs got 1st ovr 1449 times; that's 20%
that's way better than any other team (2nd came edm with 978 times 1st ovr (13.5%) and 3rd vancouver with 833times 1st ovr).

Pitts pick and our 2nd probably only gets you up to 14 or so. really doubt they will be adding more to trade up to get nylander.

trading down from 4 would make the most sense to me; if they really want nylander.

Why would leafs want to trade down from 4th. The Top 4 is pretty Deep. Even Tkachuk at 4th is huge talent. Big Body Winger with Skill and grit. can play both ways. and has played with marner so chemistry is key. Leafs would sadden me is they trade down. As far as the later 1st goes I would try trade up by packaging a second.. even @ 15 spot you look for a defensemen. ..just my .02.

My guess is Tkachuk, Dubois and at least 1 D man go before Nylander. So I'd guess he goes at 7-9.
