So how we all feeling today... we in the zone... not letting game 1 affect us? I say we outplayed most of game 1 and can still pull this in 5.

I still don't have a good feel. Both teams are very good. Once again, it's a matter of who makes the most of their chances, but that's hockey.

Im cautiously optimistic they can win this round. Their play in game 1 actually made be a little more optimistic even though they lost. Even though I think they were the better team in game 1 (by a small margin) they were still pretty sloppy at times. I think they'll be sharper as the series goes on. Of course in saying all of that, anything can happen. Holtby could stand on his head dominate the rest of the way. Who knows.

This isnt a must win game tonight...but its pretty damn close to one.

I think they were a little rusty after the longer layoff. They will play better tonight I predict.

The Penguins have been an extremely resilient team under Sullivan. And that's both inside individual games and from game to game. They haven't lost back to back games since January 12th and 15th at Carolina and Tampa.

The team always takes a little while before they get up to speed. We started out good last game but i attribute that more to Sid than anything else, he has always been good at starting games at tempo.

Last series it took 5 periods of hockey before we started playing Penguin hockey. I expect we start to find our stride at some point during the second period.

The Pens made a bunch of mistakes and were still able to get it to OT. Still confident but also think it's a 50/50 series. Could go either way.

This is what gives me the most hope. Very resilient team under this coach.

Here's how I look at Wilson. he isn't very good, but he's big and strong. So he's going to use that to his advantage, and routinely goes for the hit rather than the puck. But, like I said, he doesn't intentionally target heads or leave his feet. He's just big and strong and he hits in most situations, whether the receiver is in a good position to take it or not.

The knee on knee on Sheary looks bad. Really bad. But most prior incidences is just him imposing his will on people, and like I said, he needs to be far better about it along the boards. He doesn't have a laundry list or skating at people's knees or leaving his feet.
