We're going to have a major log-jam at forward here next season.
- Quine is pushing for a spot.
- Prince has earned a one-way contract
- Barzal will be pushing hard for a roster spot
- Potentially a forward coming back this way after a potential Hamonic trade - eichiefs9
We will figure it out over the summer |

i hope we arent counting on ben bishop sucking as much as he did last night for the rest of the series; if they are they gotta go back to the drawing board. - LetsGoIsles
Bishop should be fine, but their D will hopefully continue to be an issue. |

I just hope they stick with the good thing they had going with Nelson, Strome and Prince. I still wouldn't mind Nielsen back on the wing on the first line. Maybe Kulemin-Quine-Bernier could work as a third line. Whatever they do, though, I hope they don't go back to Kulemin and Nelson together. |

Cappy would be crazy to break up Nelson, Strome and Prince. Kulemin cannot be in the top 6. Bailey should sit, but it he has to play it cannot be in the top 6. I have no issue if they want Frans back with JT and Quine centering the third line. |

I like Nielsen there as all three can play a solid defensive game, not sure if that would be asking too much of quine. |

Quine's been good, so it's nothing against him at all. I just haven't seen a whole lot of chemistry with Tavares and it's been, what, three games now, and I'm not sure he's been first-line good. Nielsen makes the first line a world of trouble for any defense, and if Nelson, Strome and Prince can continue as a secondary scoring threat, that's a lot to handle. Add in the fourth line doing its thing and a third line with Kulemin and Bernier working the boards while Quine makes the most of the open ice, and I think TB would have a lot to think about as far as trying to shut the Isles down. |

I like these lines and hope to see them Saturday. JT, KO, and Franz are a very potent line. |

why do keep saying Bishop had bad night. Bishop has never fared well vs islanders.
lifetime vs isles
.890 save %, and 3.03 GAA. he has 5W and 4 Losses. That's hardly a one off.
As for Quine fellas, I love what he bringing to us in playoffs. But don't get overally excited just yet, he is playing his butt off for a Contract and spot on team. He could cool off after get paid. Its called a MOULSON. |

I'm good as long as Kulemin, Bailey, or Bernier never see top 6. I'm fine with flipping Quine and Frans or not. |

Im not counting on anything........i only know i like the matchup. I think the isles are a better team. So while im sure its not gonna be easy, i think the isles can and will take them. |

They can and will. This matchup is MUCH better than the Panthers was. And this wasn't Bishop having just a "bad game". He hasn't done well against the Isles at all. They just seem to have his number.
Had a premonition. Isles in 6 over the Preds for the Cup.

I agree, Noon has them picked and they beat the kings. They will sneak into finals undetected. |

I don't know how I feel about BERNIER in lineup. he doesn't seem to be doing much. He is hitting. that's about it. Cant believe a 1st round like himself has no touch whatsoever. |

The worst part is i gave a kid at work money to lay on the sharks to win the cup......he came back and said he lost the ticket and gave me my money back. It was 9-1 odds. So yeah, theyre gonna win now.... |

Im not sure why you are against Bernier, as the only other options are Bailey (when healthy and Boulton). Bernier isnt slowing them down......so yeah i have no problem keeping him in the lineup. |

We need the Caps and Pens to beat the ever living poop out of each other in a nasty 7 game series. That would be great even if the Isles don't advance. |
