Just throwing it out there but would Detroit be willing to trade us Franzen for Nash. The guy is always hurt but I wonder what his buyout #'s would be.

Interesting that Brooks was the target, considering to prior to Boyle's arrival in New York, he wrote about 10,000 articles over a 10 year period about how the Rangers should try to acquire Dan Boyle.

This is just a personal opinion, but I think the Rangers will actually do very well if they traded Nash. If the guy was an unrestricted free agent right now, I have no doubt in my mind that he would get two years/$7.8 million, at an absolute minimum. I think there will be teams interested, because the guy is a good damn hockey player.

Maybe I am wrong. I guess we will see soon enough, but I think we are underestimating his value. In other instances, I think we overestimate our players value.

I'll take the 40 goal scorer for 2 more years over dead cap space in Franzen

Think Larry Brooks has lost it. His latest article suggests trading McD. Maybe Boyle yelled at him enough to want him back next year.

Guy has lost it

Weak D play this season and he want to trade our best guy. Hmmm.....

He's got upside but so did Andreas Jamtin, I don't go too crazy about undrafted players, just like Haggerty

I think if you sign 3-4 of those type guys, you are hoping that you may hit with one.

Yeah, Its why I dont really follow them till they get to the Wolfpack. Its not worth the aggravation if they don't pan out.

Exactly, you can easily go from 4 guys down to a 1 man Wolfpack when all is said and done

How about that ride in, I guess that why they call it Sin City... ha ha. You guys might not know this, but I consider myself a bit of a loner. I tend to think of myself, as a one man wolf pack. Though when my sister brought Doug home I knew he was one of my own. And my wolf pack, it grew by one. So there was two of us in the wolf pack, I was alone first in the pack and then Doug joined later. And six months ago when Doug introduced me to you guys, I thought "wait a second could it be?" and now I know for sure I just added two more guys to my wolf pack. Four of us wolves running around the desert together in Las Vegas, looking for strippers and cocaine. So tonight, I make a toast!
