I got Leafs, Buffalo ... and then after the final 4 numbers I got "there is no winner for this combination".

Is that a bug, or is that a possible result?

It let me repeat the 3rd lottery again, and ended up with Calgary. So I assume that it is possible at some point to have no winner form the balls drawn?

I like Strome+Laine better than Matthews alone. Arizona would definetly do that deal. The coyotes need him for the money and fans.

My guts tell me the Leafs will pick 3rd, Habs 2nd(John Scott payback), Phoenix 1st (Matthews is from the area and the NHL owns the team)

The dude who programmed it doesn't want to come up with how many extra balls you need to get the right odds.

With 14 balls and 4 being chosen there's 1001 combinations. Which is fine for the first lottery if you make 1000 of them and 1 combination a redo. You will get the same odds in the end.

However, for the 2nd and 3rd picks you need more than two significant digits to get the right odds (more balls). The guy who made it probably doesn't want to do that, so you he's using the same 1001 combination as before, but if the extra 1 or the team that won before wins it's a redo.

Basically the guy who made the website doesn't want to figure out how many balls to add to get the right odds.

Punta cana. Actually the main reason is one person getting sick (usually not the food) then spreading everywhere. Serving spoons at the buffet, hand rails, walking barefoot in the bathroom..etc. Cruise ships are the worst. poop ships is what they call them.
