The inconsistency is really amateur.

It's prevalent in the regular season but I think most teams would agree that it's been absolute trash in the playoffs.

lindros would have put him through the (frank)ing glass. he hit harder than ovechkin does and was all around better player, imo, not that that has anything to do my point.

the flyers are undersized, no doubt. gudas is probably the most likely guy to be able to hit him and perhaps cause him some pain.

i'm desperate for morin to pan out. and i hope he gets at least a shot next year, if he doesn't make it out of camp.

This is also the 2nd or 3rd series that Simmonds has all but vanished in the postseason.

Man watching this third is classic Ghost.

Makes you think coaches told him to rein it in and play "playoff" hockey. He can't. He needs to play his hyper aggressive system at all times or you mitigate his talents. He can't do "simple."

Hard for Simmonds to show up when guys aren't putting pucks on net. Not that I'm trying to make excuses, but that is pretty much a requirment for his game.
