There's not a player in this lineup that I would want to see go. Even Kunitz in a lesser 3rd line role.

Considering the way the game started, I would too. In games Murray allows multi goals, they come early and he closes the door. Hope that trend continues.

He's only played 44 NHL games. He's got a lot of skill, but hasn't proven that he can do anything over an extended time. 1 mil would be fair.

I wouldn't go that high. If he keeps producing through a long payoff run then maybe 2 per. Otherwise I'd give him a decent increase over the other WBS guys' extensions. Maybe 3 year 1.25 per. Him and Sid look very good together.

The game was played at the Rangers' end for about the last 10 minutes after an early push by the Rangers. Penguins need to be ready to snuff out this 2nd period beginning push, and then take over.

Seriously, we started that period out like a steaming turd. Seems like they found a little bit of their legs towards the end of the period and have brought the shot total closer to even. The Pens were badly outshot in the first 10-12 minutes of this game.

I wonder if some that was the jitters wearing off and they started to settle into the game or if HCMS made an adjustment.

I got some steaks, shrimp and asparagus ready for the grill during next intermission. I better be in a good mood
