Congrats fellas.
The better team won. Rangers have a lot of work to do over the offseason and plenty of time to do it.
If you want Vignault or Scott Arneil for any position in your organization, he is all yours, no string attached, I promise!

AV is up there with Dan Bylsma with not being able to make adjustments. I hope he stays with you guys a long time

It's easier to make adjustments when you have better ingredients. NYR doesn't have anyone at the Malkin Letang Crosby Level. Only a few teams do. Now that we have fixed the supporting cast things work well. It's why the best way to build a contender is finding 2 1c and a 1d. After that it's just filling out spare parts. Even our second tier talents Kessel and Dumoulin are about inline with the best they had Nash and Yandle.


I do think their coaching staff made adjustments. They decided they needed to score and succeeded with 41 shots and 3 goals. A lesser goalie than Murray could have given up more. They then banked on exposing Lundqvist to odd man rushes and King Henry standing on his head. I didn't see a weak goal on him but I also didn't see him dominate.
