I'd say Matthews. But there seems to be a lot of "experts" projecting Laine as the best prospect in the draft. As far as defensemen Chychrun and Joulevi seem to be the best prospects depending on who you listen to.

They're both playing professional hockey so I can see why. Matthews is a bit older though
