And the PP is just pathetic. Ghost should get bumped to the 2nd unit and move Streit up to the 1st, see how that works. And with the 2nd unit ultimately out-performing the 1st, maybe Ghost gets some more time to get some shots on net. If the Caps gift the Flyers with any more PPs...

Flyers are totally getting owned by the Caps everywhere except the scoreboard. Thank god for that lucky bounce off the caps skate as the flyers look absolutely toothless at 5 on 5 and on the PP. 5 PPs and a total of 7 shots for the game (not counting the deflected goal)?

If they win this game they need to build a shrine to Neuvirth.

Not sure how you give the Caps credit for a Flyer skating up the ice with no one around then proceeding to chip the puck right to a Capital player. I guess I can give credit to the coach for telling his players to be in the right position and knowing when the Flyers will give them the puck?

Third period would be a great time for Giroux to make some noise. Damn. He has got to show up soon. I wonder if he is nursing an injury. He got banged around a lot down the stretch. Wouldn't be surprised if he is dinged up more than we know.
