Maybe it is the Napoleon complex since he is a smaller dude I dont know, but he seems to think he can do what he wants and the league makes him get away with it.

I've been critical of Sheary before but the kid play so hard and gives it all that he has. He was really noticeable last night. He's made a believer out of me and I'm glad he did.

I used to cheer for this team all the time. LEmieux JAgr Stevens Barrasso. I used to love watching this team play. No one cried they just went out played hockey. I dont know what happened here since Sid the Kid got here but the atmosphere changed with this team. Now all they do is complain argue every call try to get away with murder I dont understand it. As I said I want you guys to beat the Rags so bad and rooting for ya but seriously now admit there should have been at least a penalty there

See again your post wreaks of BS. Mario (and others) complained all the time. I know because I actually watched.

This thread is out of control. Pretty much all of us agreed it was a dirty play. Ryan Wilson said it warranted a suspension. Yet you people won't be happy until we lynch Letang, admit to some vague hypothetical league-penguins conspiracy, and commit Seppuku to atone for our Penguins fandom. Get over yourselves. It was a dirty play but excuse us for being relieved that arguably our most important player didn't get suspended. You'll never find a fan that will actively lobby for their star player to get suspended, and if you claim that you would then there's a high chance you're a hypocrite.

Mario invented whining. Failed attempt to concede ground in order to gain more.

Agreed. I also think having Kunitz and Hornqvist on the same line is redundant, especially with Kunitz not producing at all. Give Kunitz to Malkin to balance the lines a little bit more and give Malkin a familiar linemate.

The Letang slash should have been at least reviewed and most likely resulted in a suspension. Most of the Pens fans on here share this belief. It was a careless play.

What's comical is the perceived intent from watching a super slow mo replay, where it looks like Letang has about 5 to 6 seconds to make his decision.

I feel way more relaxed watching the game with Murray in the net than Zatkoff as I'm sure everyone else does. The team did play much better in front of him than they did with Zats in Game 2 but I'm just thankful that Murray is back in there.

I don't know if/when we'll see MAF with his concussion problems. I just read that he isn't at practice today.

- acdc1206

Im of the opinion that Murray is MSs starter now and Fleury wont get a game in the playoffs.

He did mentor him. And not sure how big of a fan you are of the team if you jumped ship to the Islanders when the faces started to change.

If we lose, folks gather to this blog to troll. We win, folks gather to this blog to rag on some other bs that occurred in the game. Good times, good times.

Seriously, there are some people writing today I've never seen before. Ever.

Agreed. If Pens go far enough in the playoffs to where Fleury even gets cleared to play the only way I see MAF getting the call is if Murray poops the bed.

You couldnt have been that big of a fan if youre now a fan of the Islanders. Why dont you go back to your board and cheer for your coward team that intentionally lost their last two games to ensure they wouldnt have to face the Pens.

For some reason (the overexposure of Crosby), hockey fans love to troll the Pens, more so then any other team.

I HOPE NOT!!! That would be terrible if a guy in Tampa Bay suddenly dies because a guy in NY gets hit in the face with a stick.
