I love the trolling mentality of:

1: Make ridiculous allegations or cutting remarks on opposing teams board
2: Get called out on them with basic logic
3: Go on the defense of "I only came on here to talk hockey"
4: Get called out again
5: Revert back to trolling with ridiculous allegations or cutting remarks

Its so cyclical.

No ones objective and rational anymore. You try to point out something bad your team did and you get called a poop fan or a fence sitter with no original opinions. You try to defend something that fans of rival teams are blowing out of proportion and you get called a homer. There is literally no winning these days in sports conversation.

Geno sounds determined to get it right tonight. He doesn't sound like a guy that's pissy that he's not being catered to. He very much sounds like a guy that's frustrated with his own personal performance and wants to rectify it. Not sure he can knock all that rust off over night but I wouldn't be overly surprised by a big bounce back performance tonight

You can almost actually see the rust slowly coming off him every minute he plays. Towards the middle of the second period in game 3 I thought to myself "yup, he's getting there"...then he took a penalty...so I knew he was really starting to feel like himself.

Once he gets a goal, I believe it will be all systems go for Geno. Even with him playing subpar he still has 2 assists in 2 games.

Letang should have had a penalty, suspension is questionable. Considering he's the most important player for the Pens.....it was never going to happen.

Yeah I saw that this morning.

Now I dont think what Letang did was worth a suspension in the playoffs....maybe reg season. Penalty yes. But the league didn't even review it.
