Giroux and Simmonds are being outscored in the series by Holtby. Probably not going to make a difference what scrubini they add as the 12th forward. I agree Medvedev should get a chance.

Since Umberger doesn't really seem to be an option with 2 regulars out makes me think he's going to be bought out.

Thats also another option, his play has seriously gone down the drain, we probably couldnt get a 3rd rounder for him now. not sure what happened, but after the surgery he seemed to start playing better, then since mid february he really has looked lost. the good thing about this is thinking we wont have to see these guys next year/two years. you have to think by 2017-2018 the back end will feature ghost del zotto gudas provy sanheim morin/myers/hagg. love the offensive skill, skating, toughness, etc etc of that group.

Toews and Kane dont have a single goal in three games, G and simmer arent the only superstars being contained in the first round.
