I'm drawing a blank on Nolan Patrick. I'm trying to think if there is anyone in the organization that might surprise at centre, no one. Gauthier is really all we have. God, I must be missing someone, I hope so.

I'd say it's harder to find a player like Trouba for your blue line than a center of Kadri's caliber.

He may be a 1st line center on the Leafs, but not on most other teams. M

Trouba on the other hand could be a #2 on any team. Just my opinion

Take trouba over Kadri every day. Kadri did sign a sweet deal, but nylander can easily step in as the #2. Especially if we get stammer and/or Matthews. Center isn't our strongest point, but very soon it may be.

c'mon seriously -what would make Trouba think he's worth more than Wheeler, Enstrom or Myers?

if he really is asking the Jets for that money... then he's essentially asking for a trade.... which is what I suggested when I first heard of this.
