Who knows? It wouldnt surprise me if he did re-sign.

All I know is I don't want the canucks signing that douche bag. You can use any term...Loose cannon, train wreck

I have dreamt twice in the last 10 days that Canucks draft second. That's money in the bank , better than any scouting report.

Good write up on the kid:

Sweet highlight package (Warning, the music is pure garbage): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZ2CQVAmNFY

Apparently he could sign an ATO with Utica but have yet to hear about it which at this point, it seems unlikely that he will do so.

Edit: oh nvm, here you have it.

"For an example, Stecher is passing on an opportunity to play in Utica this season, something Ben Hutton did at the end of last year on an amateur tryout deal which didn’t impact his contract situation.

Stecher is staying in school in part because he doesn’t want to lower his grades, which would negatively impact North Dakota’s score in the NCAA’s academic progress rate program.

Low APR scores can result in NCAA penalties such as scholarship reductions and postseason bans.

Not much of a mystery since there's only been one player who scored 60 in a season in the past 5 seasons

high end talent is needed but when playoff comes you need grinders . Guys like Ladd Brouwer are made for the playoffs.

I ran that draft simulator 10 times and the Oilers picked first 3 times...

We picked first once but were stuck around the 5th spot…

Good day,

We're only one week into the offseason and already the news cycle is slowing to a trickle.

So—my thoughts on why Marc Crawford will never come back to Vancouver, in the new blog:
