Cost of gas, beer and smokes maybe, everything else is about the same.
Except down there you are paying in American dollars, which make everything else about 30% more exspensive.

I go there twice a year and everything i buy is the same dollar value, except beer and gas.
A steak dinner is still 30 bucks a hotel room is still 150, groceries are on par.

my mom and my sister go twice a month to port huron because its so much cheaper for goods

couldnt tell ya where they shop... but they go
i will reiterate my point... i am not saying stamkos wont sign here... but if he does... it will because he wants to be a leaf and nothing more.... the arguments about how he will make sooooo much more here are flat out exaggerated and simply untrue.
